The management of Arbortech promotes a culture that fosters innovation, productivity and ethical business practices.

The founders of the Company have a fundamental belief that people who love what they are doing do the best work. With this premise that first of all, work should be enjoyable, the Company has been able to develop a team with an enviable reputation for new and truly innovative products.

The process is not limited to technical personnel but involves all staff and departments. New staff are recruited for the skills they bring and also their desire to be part of a team within a multi tasking environment. Arbortech sees the work environment as a crucial factor for an innovative and productive workforce and has included "providing an enthusiastic and enjoyable work environment" in its Values and Principles Statement.

Communication within the organisation is a key factor to maintaining the culture and monthly meetings are held with all staff to continually look at the "big picture" in order to motivate and guide towards the company's vision. Ethical and environmental practices are included in the Values & principles statement and are seen by management as crucial to the ongoing success of the company and it's people which can usually be demonstrated on a daily basis in all departments.
